Physical Demands

Constant Movement: Standing, walking, bending, stooping, and kneeling for the entire shift.
Lifting Requirements: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry objects weighing up to 25 to 50 pounds (such as trash bags, vacuums, mop buckets, sometimes furniture).
Repetitive Motions: Frequent reaching, bending, wiping, scrubbing, and polishing.

Environmental Conditions

Chemical Exposure: Daily handling of standard commercial cleaning agents, disinfectants, and detergents.
Safety Gear: Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when required, such as rubber gloves, masks, or safety glasses.
Varied Environments: Exposure to dusty environments, trash storage areas, and public restrooms. Depending on the site, conditions may include unconditioned spaces, indoor office settings, or moving between separate residential/commercial locations.

Operational Expectations

Independent Work: Ability to work alone or in small teams with minimal supervision after receiving initial tasks.
Pace: Maintaining a steady, efficient pace to complete the assigned cleaning checklist within the allocated shift hours.
